The TK-15260 is a heavy-duty CNC spring forming machine, designed for handling very thick wire and the most demanding production applications. The model is built for producing large spring components where high power, material feeding stability, and heavy-duty performance are essential.
The machine operates with a two-point forming system, utilizes seven pairs of feed rollers, and supports left- and right-hand coiling. High drive system power, unlimited feed length, and industrial-grade construction enable its deployment in the production of large springs and thick-wire formed components.
The wire diameter range is 16 to 26 mm, and the maximum outer diameter reaches up to 260 mm. This is the solution for plants requiring a heavy-duty machine for manufacturing extra-large springs and formed parts.
