The VMC640 small vertical machining center is characterized by its compact dimensions, high precision, and versatility of applications. The VMC640 model integrates multitasking and advanced control to meet the demands of facilities with limited space. The machine enables multiple operations, such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping, in a single workpiece clamping, which significantly shortens machining time and eliminates positioning errors. The center is suitable for machining materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and engineering plastics. The worktable measures 800 × 300 mm, and the maximum X-axis travel, Y-axis travel, and Z-axis travel are 600 mm, 360 mm, and 450 mm, respectively. The spindle speed reaches 8000 rpm. The body with the column made of HT300 cast iron provides increased rigidity, vibration damping properties, and durability. Equipment includes a precise CNC system, BT40 spindle, and a 16-position ATC tool magazine, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and stability of the machining process. The machine can be used in smaller workshops, precision component factories, and research and development departments.
