The TCK63 CNC lathe is a high-performance slant bed CNC lathe with medium and heavy load capacity, designed for machining precision mechanical parts, including cylindrical, conical, irregular curved surfaces and multiple threads. It has an integrated, thickened bed inclined at a 45-degree angle, which enlarges the machining area, facilitates chip evacuation and increases the spindle torque. Together with an advanced control system, this solves the problems of small slant bed lathes, such as limited machining range or low efficiency under heavy loads. The machine is based on a heavy-duty, internally reinforced cast iron frame. It works well in processing commonly used metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, brass, cast iron and alloy steels.
