The WNJ-A3 is a portable screw-type spring tempering furnace designed for handling small compression springs, extension springs, and other shaped springs. The unit combines the tempering process with smoke and odor purification, supporting safe and convenient operation in the production environment.
The application range includes springs made of wire up to 1.5 mm and lengths up to 90 mm. The standard tempering time is 5 minutes, which can be extended up to 20 minutes for small springs. The operating temperature range is 0 to 450℃.
With its compact dimensions of 460 × 490 × 770 mm, 2 kW power rating, and 220V / 50–60Hz power supply, the WNJ-A3 performs exceptionally well in the precise heat treatment of fine spring components.
