The VMC1370 vertical CNC milling center is designed for the machining of many types of complex parts made of steel and aluminum alloys. The integration of modern CNC control technology, a reinforced structure, and intelligent thermal control enables operations such as milling, drilling, boring, tapping, and precision finishing during a single workpiece clamping, which significantly shortens the production process and reduces positioning errors. The machine allows the machining of many materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper alloys, mold steel, and high-strength aluminum alloys. The worktable dimensions are 1400 x 700 mm. The spindle speed reaches 8000 rpm. Components made of HT300 cast iron, including the reinforced base and a box-type column, provide the machine with rigidity, vibration resistance, and thermal stability.
