The VMC1050 vertical CNC machining center is a high-performance machine tool designed for the precise machining of larger metal components. The machine integrates advanced CNC control technology, a solid structure, and automation systems, which allows for operations such as milling, drilling, boring, and tapping in a single workpiece clamping. This universal solution enables the machining of a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, and high-strength aluminum alloys, making it extremely versatile. The worktable size is 1000 × 500 mm, and the maximum travels for the X, Y, and Z axes are 1000 mm, 500 mm, and 500 mm, respectively. The structural components are cast from HT300 cast iron, providing adequate rigidity, effectively damping vibrations, and ensuring thermal stability during heavy, uninterrupted machining. The center is equipped with an advanced CNC system, a high-speed BT40 spindle, and a 24-position automatic ATC tool magazine. The device is fundamental equipment for plants specializing in the series production of parts for heavy machinery, machining of large molds, and precision subassemblies.
