The TCK80 CNC lathe is a heavy-duty, precise slant bed CNC lathe, capable of efficiently machining large and heavy parts while maintaining stable accuracy for cylindrical shapes, cones, complex curved profiles and multiple threads. The device features an integrated, thickened bed inclined at a 45-degree angle, large machining space, very high spindle torque and an intelligent control system. The design eliminates problems related to limited machining range, insufficient strength and poor rigidity. The bed, made of cast iron reinforced with internal ribbing and subjected to optimized heat treatment, enables the machining of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, brass, cast iron and high-grade alloy steels. The lathe offers stable, accurate and fast solutions for precision manufacturing workshops, the machine tool industry, automotive, aerospace and large-scale production, integrating high load capacity, high precision and the advantages of a slant bed.
