The GH4240 aluminum band saw is a professional horizontal band saw designed for accurate, efficient, and smooth cutting of aluminum products, such as pure aluminum, aluminum alloys, and specialized profiles. The double-column structure and advanced hydraulic control were developed with the specific problems of machining aluminum in mind: adhesion of soft material to the cutting band, chip accumulation, and the need to maintain stable operation during precise cuts. The maximum cutting area is 400 x 400 mm. The machine is suitable for cutting to size, serial machining, and precision cutting of aluminum bars, pipes, profiles, and plates. The body made of high-temperature HT300 cast iron guarantees a hard structure and good vibration damping properties. The technological solutions applied minimize material loss during aluminum cutting. The device holds CE, ROHS, and ISO9001 certificates.
