The VMC1165 3-axis vertical machining center is an industrial machine designed for machining precise, large metal parts. Thanks to the integration of modern CNC control technology, design optimization, and intelligent functions, it improves efficiency and lowers production costs by increasing the machining accuracy of parts during multiple clamping. It is compatible with various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, copper alloys, high-strength aluminum alloys, and mold steel. The worktable dimensions are 1200 x 600 mm, and the travel range in the axes is: X = 1100 mm, Y = 650 mm, Z = 600 mm. The spindle speed reaches 8000 rpm. The use of HT300 cast iron in the one-piece bed structure improves strength and increases rigidity, vibration damping capacity, and thermal stability. The machine is equipped with an efficient CNC system, a BT40 spindle, and a 24-position ATC tool magazine. It is essential equipment for the production of heavy machinery, large molds, and precision parts.
