The VMC1160 3-axis vertical CNC milling machine is an efficient machining center with good technical parameters, created for cutting large mechanical components and complex surfaces of metal parts. The device is based on precise control in three axes, the integration of an advanced CNC system, and a solid construction. It supports operating cycles such as milling, drilling, tapping, and fine finishing during a single workpiece clamping. The machine is designed to work with various materials, including carbon, stainless, and alloy steel, tool steel, copper alloys, and strong aluminum alloys. With worktable dimensions of 1200 × 600 mm, the travel ranges in the X, Y, and Z axes are 1100 mm, 600 mm, and 600 mm, respectively. The spindle reaches speeds of up to 8000 rpm, providing a spacious work zone and cutting efficiency.
