CNC-1035 is a 10-axis camless machine for the production of torsion springs, wire forms, and wire elements using camless technology, designed for the Ø0.3–Ø2.5 mm range. The camless design ensures rapid changeover, high precision, and great flexibility for complex shapes.

The CNC-1035 is a 10-axis camless CNC machine for forming torsion springs, shaped springs, and wire elements, designed to operate in the Ø0.3–Ø2.5 mm range. The camless design ensures faster changeover, low noise level, high precision, and excellent process stability.

The camless series was developed for more complex components and greater configuration flexibility. The axis system can operate individually or synchronously, and the slide is guided on precision linear guideways. Depending on the configuration, the machine can be equipped with a spinner, free arm, and servo-cutter, which expands forming capabilities and setup convenience.

The SLB-150 wire decoiler is provided as standard for this model.
