The machine can process pipes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and other alloys. It has the capacity to machine pipes up to 200 mm in diameter and supports thread pitches ranging from 0.5 to 12 mm. It is adapted for cutting metric, inch and trapezoidal threads, which meets the needs for pipeline connections, construction work and mechanical assembly. The casting made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, produced by the resin sand molding method, with additional base reinforcements, ensures high strength, vibration resistance, durability and reliability. The machine is equipped with an inverter motor, a digital control panel with a display and an automatic feed module. It enables precise thread machining and high reliability, being standard equipment for pipe and fitting production in the plumbing, petroleum engineering and construction industries.
