The manual pipe thread lathe is a specialized manual machine designed for the precise creation of internal and external threads on pipes made of various metals. It is equipped with a special cutting mechanism for threads, an adjustable pipe clamping device and offers simple manual operation. This eliminates problems such as low thread accuracy, uneven clamping force and low efficiency that occur during pipe machining on standard lathes. The body made of heavy-duty HT250 cast iron allows the machining of commonly used pipes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys and brass. It provides an economical solution for producing threaded components in pipe machining workshops, installation companies, oil and gas pipeline maintenance and small batch pipe production.
