The conventional C6160 horizontal lathe is a large, heavy-duty and highly stable manual lathe, designed for the reliable processing of medium and heavy elements with good accuracy. It features a robust design, efficient spindle drive and the flexibility of manual operation, eliminating the problems associated with the high costs of CNC systems or the insufficient load-bearing capacity of small lathes. The construction made of heavy-duty HT300 cast iron is adapted to process standard materials and metals with increased hardness, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys (brass or bronze) and cast iron. It is an economical and reliable lathe for medium-sized workshops, heavy equipment repair facilities, vocational schools and enterprises conducting small batch, heavy machining, optimally combining efficiency, flexibility and ease of operation.
