The 5-axis CNC milling machine AMC700 is a high-speed and highly precise 5-axis CNC device with 3+2 positioning, dedicated to machining aluminum alloys with high productivity and accuracy. Unlike general-purpose machines, it combines aluminum machining optimization technology, the flexibility of 3+2 positioning, and cost-effectiveness. It utilizes the 3+2 positioning principle: two rotary axes A and C are used to optimally position the aluminum workpiece, and the cutting process is carried out by three linear axes (X/Y/Z) with high stability and efficiency. The machine is applicable for processing various aluminum materials, such as 6061, 7075, 5052 alloys and their composites. It provides highly precise and fast machining methods at low costs for lightweight automotive parts, 3C electronic components, aerospace elements, and industrial aluminum molds.
