The VMC860 vertical CNC machining center is widely used in industrial production and education. The combination of precise CNC control, an optimized design, and automated handling functions enables simultaneous milling, drilling, boring, and other operations in a single clamping, which significantly shortens the cycle time and improves machining accuracy. The machine is designed for machining various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, copper alloys, high-strength aluminum alloys, and other metals. The worktable dimensions are 1000 × 550 mm, and the maximum travels are 850 mm in the X-axis, 600 mm in the Y-axis, and 600 mm in the Z-axis. The spindle reaching a speed of 12000 rpm ensures more precise work. The body is precisely cast from HT300 cast iron, which provides the VMC860 machine with high rigidity, vibration damping, and thermal stability during long-term operation under extreme conditions. A high-class CNC system cooperates with a fast BT40 spindle and a 24-position tool magazine. This machining center is a key device in general mechanical machining, mold production, and automotive parts manufacturing.
