The VMC855 vertical CNC machining center is a machine tool designed with high precision and efficiency requirements in mind for the series production of medium-sized metal components. It combines advanced CNC control technology, a solid structure, and automation solutions in a single device. It meets modern production demands by enabling operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping in a single workpiece clamping. The machine is designed for machining various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, as well as copper, aluminum, and cast iron castings. This model is equipped with a 1000 × 550 mm worktable and X/Y/Z-axis travel of 850 / 550 / 550 mm, respectively. The maximum spindle speed is 8000 rpm. The body, made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, with a reinforced column and thick-walled structure, provides the rigidity, vibration damping capacity, and thermal stability required during heavy-duty machining. Thanks to the GSK CNC control system, BT40 spindle, and a 24-position disc-type ATC tool magazine, the machine is an important machine tool for workshops engaged in mechanical machining, mold making, and automotive parts production.
