The design of this machine series supports step or synchronous operation, while the control system allows real-time correction of parameters such as outer diameter, angle, and part geometry. It is ideally suited for producing double torsion springs, straight springs, conical (pagoda) springs, rectangular springs, formed wire parts, and other custom components.
The SLB-300 decoiler is provided as standard for this model. This enables the CNC-635A to be implemented as a complete solution for manufacturers demanding repeatability, accuracy, and flexibility in torsion and shaped spring production.
