The TK-6160 is an efficient 6-axis CNC rolling-type spring coiling machine, designed for heavy-duty industrial applications and handling larger wire diameter ranges. The machine construction and axis layout are engineered to ensure superior process control, high forming force, and stable operating parameters in daily operation.
The machine operates with a two-point forming system and utilizes four or five pairs of feed rollers, allowing wire feeding to be matched to specific process requirements. A maximum feed speed of 50 m/min and unlimited feed length enhance application flexibility in the production of larger springs.
The wire diameter range is 8.0 to 16.0 mm, and the maximum spring outer diameter reaches up to 250 mm. This is the solution for facilities requiring a powerful, large rolling-type machine for demanding parts and heavier production loads.
