TK-5200-5 is a heavy-duty 5-axis CNC spring machine, engineered for demanding processes using thicker wire. The structure includes wire feeding, pitch, cam, and upper and lower cutter axes, allowing precise process control and maintaining repeatability in the production of larger spring elements.
The machine features automatic programming, right- and left-hand winding operation, and various cutting modes, increasing setup flexibility and facilitating production preparation. Two wire feed speed ranges enable better adaptation of the operating tempo to the type of part being produced.
The wire diameter range is from 12 to 20 mm, with a maximum spring outer diameter of up to 260 mm. This model is designed for demanding industrial applications where power, efficiency, and reliable operation in large spring manufacturing are essential.
